Swan Price

The swans gather to play
During the lonely day
The love is true
Never once blue

The colour of innocence
Shows pure love's patience

Sometimes it has gone
Neurotic to the bone
A lesson they learn
At the same time earn

Notes

Okay..... I was inspired to write this poem after reading a comic (love themed) which explains the theme for this poem. I like it but at the same time dislike it because I think I lacked originallity in this poem. I don't know, you be the judge.

Royalty Daze

The Bird of the Hermes is my name
Eating my wings to make me tame

Then the loyal dog-man came
Looking for a lovely dame

Nothing more then shades of grey
Nothing less then the sound of May
Is it true you are the maid?
Loyal as possible he has laid

Now it comes the royal time
To tell my name in oil and lime

Notes
First try at this style of poems. Hope you like it, especially you The Wailer. Sorry to keep you and everyone else waiting I guess I keep on forgetting to post this poem of mine. I might come out with another poem after today most probally will be have a happy theme. To The Wailer, I thank you a million for your support.

A million

Can you see the void in a million years?
The darkness of this world
The sum of humanity
Is it good to fill this void?

But what is this void?
A million mistakes not knowing the emptiness
Could it be what we think?
What is it that we think?
A million questions left unanswered

The clock ticks by the second
To extend is no more
Still a million to short
So we enjoy what is left.

Notes :
I like the first stanza of this poem. Talking about void, let's take some time to sit and think of what is the void in our lives. Maybe you lack something like love, music, fun or well who knows it's your life. Live the way you want to.

The personal escape

Everyday I sit on this tree
Moving on at the slightest danger
Then I look to the world below
Humans being bothered by everyday troubles
So I think hard
What do they do to be at peace?

Then I saw a girl
Who sat below my home
I watched from above
With a flash of confusion
What was this girl doing?
SHe just sat and closed her eyes
As if she din't care she was
The world still troubled
While she just sits here ignoring
Then I saw it
She was at peace
This is the escape for peace
A mother playing the piano
A boy writing a poem
And a father reading a newspaper
All their own personal escape for peace.

Notes :
Yes, this poem is writen about something we all do. To escape what we call the troubles in life even if just for a second. I decided of creating a character that shall observe in this poem. Which I hope you don't mistake for a monkey. The character is actually a squirel. The second line in the first stanza will prove that. Well, anyway in this poem I talk about something we humans do to be at peace. Like me, I use poetry and music to be at peace. Sometimes, people like the girl mentioned in the poem sits alone under a tree away from people closing the eyes to be at peace for a moment. But this escape for peace is actually not always going somewhere or listening to music. It can also be as mentioned above writing poetry, drawing, talking and even eating! Yes, I know sounds weird but I do have a friend who does it to be at peace. Sometimes this personal escape is not even seen! It is in our minds or our hearts. Which is probally mostly refered to as daydreaming.....Oh, one more thing if you would like to ask about where I got the idea to do this. Well, I would just like to tell you that I have one answer only for where I get the idea for all the poems I write. Which is LIFE.

The Apple in symbol

What eat the fruit?
Is it the snake?
This is a cage
There is nothing else
Small very small my friend
Slither here and you be found

The question remains
Thing out of the bars
They call you crazy or mabye childish
Is it really how it looks
Or is it just all deceiving
Stop sit on a rock and thing how big is small?
Again the looks are deceiving.

Note: I don't know this poem was made while I was just sitting doing nothing. Not sure if it's good.

Raging Wagon

On a modern wagon
Hitching a ride accross misery
Along a song fo anger
Rebellion has cheated death
Now I sit here and stare
Drinking crushed beans
Feeling good for a commited crime
Not caring anymore
Not feeling guilt

It was all said and done
With you in blue
But ambience was red as hell
Like addicts but not
Expressing anger through media thinking of bad

Note:This poem is about my experience when I hitched a ride on my friends blue car. It was 3AM and we were singing along to the whole American Idiot album. We also decided to stop by Starbucks and drink coffee while surfing the net on his laptop. We dozed off on the sofa. ( And I thought coffee keeps you awake.)

Neko Sun

All the things that happened
Was it all as dark as it seemed
Under the glory days
That din't mean a damned thing to me
It was just all a bad dream
That I now try to shake
Creature of symbol
Your sign is clear

Colour me the way I want
Let me set the road
Don't forget the tar
Lonely so lonely here
Coloured black witha hallow body
Lights glitter inside
Hoping I burst to shine

Note: Kind off liked this one. I like the message in it and im sure you should be able to understand it.

Stop You

Stop holding your knife
It's leaving scars
Deep inside me
I din't mean to hurt you
Had nothing to do with it
Just my name on your list
I never did like you
You were just a friend
Things got damned
So now I turned

Will you help me?
I guess not
You must stop
Turn back I beg you
Im not a dog
Your ignorance
It is the danger in between
We are both under fire

Note: I liked this poem when I made it at first glance then suddenly it din't seem taht good I don't know. What do you think?

Eye Shall See

I was the son of darkness
It seemed this world so fake as you were real
Everthing's so split
How sad it's become
The meaing of life is not there
Because most of us deny this long fire

If only we were one
We shall be happy
A real happiness I meant
Not one brought by a white pil of dakness

Note: I wanted this poem to turn out as a very straight forward message to the world about something very dangerous. I am happy of how easy it is to understand it and I hope people understand and recieve this message.I also made it short for a few reasons to give a meaning not in the poem but by the poem.

Try To Remember

Cross the white path
Only to slip and fall into a cave
Flashbacks telling you it was all a waste
You forgot something
Something you tried to keep
It slowly crept away

Sad my friend that it happened to you
And dropped on me
I hope there's a glow of light
Awaiting you to save me
If you run my friend
You run into darkness faster
Just move slowly
But never shall you even dare to stop!!

Note:So after long I have finally found the time to write a few poems and put them on this blog and this is the first one. I hope you can understand it, it seems quite clear to me but you may need to read the second stanza twice to understand it fully understand it.

Dark Ally

You are my friend in war
Fighting by my side you are my ally
When I fall you pick me up
You stand afront with courage
You have courage there is no denying

Now my friend I would like to ask
Do you have honour?
You kill my harm
Hacking them to death
Neither woman nor child you spare
With a violent rage of anger you slaugther
Killed with out mercy
Is this the soul of a knight?
If this is you I'd rather kill you

We do need an ally my friend
A knight with courage to be our savior
But you have no honour
You are one with the damned my friend
Leave these grounds or burn in hell!

Note: This poem was actually a try at expressing anger. I do not know if this worked so I shall need everyone's opinion. The support you give I shall appriciate with my soul. One more thing, this poem is dedicated to an online game I have been playing for almost a year (RUNESCAPE) you can find this game at www.runescape.com it is a very good game that shall give you an idea of the medieval times. My hopes for my poems are that they be known to the world.

Two Faced Vampire

The I you see today is not the I you see tommorow
I suck blood meaning I am not a Homo Sapien
Is this why you attack me?
I mean what is the defination of human?
Is it scientific or heart?
You humans live with the help of your heart but do you have a heart?
You are then like me, a vampire, a being without life
Worthy a corpse a mere puppet
Better of dead
A scumbag to think you live

It concludes that you and I are the same
We are both heartless
We use our brains though
We suck the blood of others too in our own ways
So human, are you really human?

The Happy Ending

A desperate mind seeking happiness
Moving freely is the dream in the dark
Without joy the eye watches the world
Only to find that the light in the dark is near
It seems as if this rare feeling is worth gold

Better to stay asleep then to stand naked in a crowd
But to hang just to run is a cowards thought
As said the feeling is gold and must be searched
Mind and energy used to search for it
Only to find a needing heart
But is this the end?

Note: You might have known that I won first in my school for a poem writing contest. Well after waiting for long I have gotten my poem back and here it is..ENJOY!!

Hint:LOve

The Matter With The Fireball

A raging ball of fire at the middle
Taking control to ensure life
Time passes and it seems normal
Still being able to hold from afar
Active always seeming to never end
We are thankful to it
Being so hot everyday
It can not complain
It must bear pain it may not feel
Since it's hard to imagine something that we barely know about
Only able to understand from afar
What gives life is left alone
So what is the matter with it
Time by the millions have passed
Yet the end sleeps for it
Will it end?
Funny how something so lifeless is the center of life
It's what matters.

The One Man Genocide

A troubled boy troubled by darkness
Darkness humans bring upon each other
Bloodshed everywhere
Every second the clock ticks
Making Kira mad
We shall wake up to see a genocide
A legend by one man

The genocide destroys not life
But demons
Demons that we all are
Yet we don't know it
We are sleeping
Then we awake not to know our sins
But to know that the legend may not happen
We will se that it is a fantasy that must become a reallity as soon as possible.

Hint: Todays world

Butterflies Of The North Dessert

For some time we search for a completion
To complete the inside
A butterfly found after long awaiting it
We sick with it becuase it cools us
Just imagining a still image of it is beautiful
Day by day we await completion
Hoping our burning candle doesn't go out before we are complete

Butterflies come and go not one perfect
Salty droplets showing we fear the end in the glass
Our life ending like the sands of time
Bit by bit a mountain arises below
Even when we are complete the sand continues
We shall not care because we have found it
A long last puzzle piece that actually fits

Blaming The Innocent

A fallen apple from an Oak
Drops on a car
While an innocent leans on the Oak tree
To see no one else in sight
Is to leave pain on the nearest mind
There is no escape
We have been taught that blood shed is not an option

This time there is only one option
Which is to fight and guard yourself from standing naked in a crowd
Then suddenly the mind freezes
Not because of ice but lava
There is nothing to do but stand for as long as possible
Till the very bitter end we all await

My comments:
I had a feeling this one wouldn't be as good as the others. Now to read it again it seems okay for my mind to bear. I just hope you all enjoy it.

The Old Falcon

This time I bring you all a poem dedicated to my grandfather who has been a pilot for 38 years. It is writen for him because today (12/4/2006) is my grandfather's birthday.

Since the dawn of its time,
It shows golden victory
No height is too high
As it is free unlike the red gem
Showing anger to benefit others
Teaching hidden lessons from the mountains

Now it decays as all around
Yet like a miracle is still wonderful
Sticks to its roots but still free
Working a job and thinking of an end
For the falcon the end is not an end
It is hard to say
But its end is wealth
Wealth of boredom
Because being bored is destroying a falcon's root.

The Red Gem

The red gem glowing red inside us
Making us go through treachery
For a good cause that is hidden
Which is to enjoy what we can

The treachery is not a test
But a lesson learned in time
Soon to find out that the gem is precious
It is strong with us since the start
But like everything else it will end
The soil of earth shall greet it's box

The Gift In The Dark

A man devoted to the night's sky
Every day awaiting his gift darkness brings
During a time when some are blind
The time when the world sleeps
Like a child on a Christmas morning
A gift he cannot touch but can be seen

Why does he wait for something he cannot get
Little is known of his every day gift
During daylight cannot be seen
But he is sure it is there
Just like the love of a man for a woman
Even though far the feeling is near

The Last Bullet

A warrior holding a gun
His last shot to save his life
But he has two to drop
His bravery turns into fear
Time slows giving a minute to think
Seeming like an hour yet not enough

Finally it is thought
The end cannot be stopped
Waste the last and hope the impossible
When thought is silly
But if tried we know
It's always hope
