The Last Bullet

A warrior holding a gun
His last shot to save his life
But he has two to drop
His bravery turns into fear
Time slows giving a minute to think
Seeming like an hour yet not enough

Finally it is thought
The end cannot be stopped
Waste the last and hope the impossible
When thought is silly
But if tried we know
It's always hope

Hint :
A person's last chance to live before he takes the plunge

Hie Emil...

I'm your mom's blog friend. Out of your 3 poems in this blog, I love this one the most...

I like that you chose "warrior" and "bravery" and then relating it to "fear". It just tells me that even how strong a person is physically or mentally, fear of death is within the innerself of any human being.

Keep up the good work....who knows if you become a well-known poet one day (who is also a doctor by profession-yup! you mom would love it if you become a doc.), I'd be able to tell people that I'm one of the first to read your earlier works !

Thank you, I personally agree with what you have to say about my poems. The last bullet is a very good one, I would have to agree with you on that. Connecting fear and bravery was a challenge I had to think of. Well I hope you will enjoy all my up coming poems.
