The unknown space so cold
The unknown age known to be old
Home to the stars that shine
Do you think you'll be fine?
Absolution is the answer
Absolution is fair
Absolution is there
Waiting for you to bear
Are we a bit like that?
Or are we like this?
A cat on a mat
Giving you a cold hiss
Notes: Was listening to MUSE songs when I came up with this. I tried making the first stanza like malay poetry where the first stanza usually has nothing to do with the poem.... then again it maybe does. Please comment.

BECOMING A BEAR
There was a baby bear
Playing under an old tree
Laughing in the cool air
Listening to a story
The tree talked of things that were no longer there
Creatures he wished he could share with the baby bear
"Are they like what I am?
Jumping giggling among the green"
"Just like a baby lamb!
All so beautiful to be seen"
The baby bear looked around and asked
"where have they gone?"
The tree blames what the fools have done
Then, it started to rain
As the bear understood the pain.
Notes: This poem is made for choral speaking. My teacher asked me and another student to write something about nature for choral speaking. I will have to teach my group how to do it.

One planet,one chance!
We are the sapiens
Living on mothers' patience
Destroying her green
Yet we call her mean
For the wrath that she sets upon us
That turns our homes to dust
Mother can get angry
And when she does we see
There is only one mother like the one given to you and me
Take a moment and sit by her tree
We got one mother in our hands
That shouts out one chance!
Notes:Been busy... should have more updates during the school holidays. This one is about NATURE . I hope it can make it's way to green peace or something.....anyway this is the second time I used the word SAPIENS.

Harum - Scarum
What is love?
Is it being free as a dove?
Is it never having to be sorry,
For my mistakes in our story?
Is it tradition followed by millions,
Done by portions.
Is it so lasting as they say?
Till the last gloomy day
For what I think
It is caring.
Note: Love.......

Note: Love.......
Quibble
Is it fine today?
Another day needless to say
Is it getting redundant
Or am I too hesistant
Why is there a lag?
Is it because of this bag?
So now I think I'll drop on the parquet
Then see if they call me a poet
Now I burst in laughter
For I feel greater
As i get caught in the muck
It feels like being hit by a truck
So welcome to my life
The first day of the rest of my life
Note: I spent so much time on this rather then the others. I'd have to say I'm satisfied with this one. By the way I also love how i changed the tone of this poem in the fourth stanza.

Shinning Knowledge
I read to understand what I see
To bring the world closer to me
In the darkest corners of the night
We all are in need of some light
The light i speak of is knowledge
Found not just by passing college
But also through our joy and sadness
The lessons we learn are priceless
Yes as much of what we need in the dark
Can be found by a book from a bark
Music with lyrics still we read
Through time change does the seed
To bring the world closer to me
In the darkest corners of the night
We all are in need of some light
The light i speak of is knowledge
Found not just by passing college
But also through our joy and sadness
The lessons we learn are priceless
Yes as much of what we need in the dark
Can be found by a book from a bark
Music with lyrics still we read
Through time change does the seed
Words to draw with
Hello my friend
I need a hand
To draw the universe
With a verse
Pure before and now rotten
Like the old fields of cotton
But with a mind to beat
I close my ears killing the heat
I do not care what you say
The music will make my day
Note: Figure out what it means .
